Jungle Playgroup will take place Monday-Friday morning from 9am-12pm. (Programme is for ages 18 months to 3 years.)
How much is Jungle Playgroup?
From $80/day when you sign up for 3 days per week, to $70/day for 5 days per week, customise PLAY for your little one! (Gentle note that your choice of days must be consistent through the weeks.)
What do the fees include?
Our fees include snacks, nappies and wipes. We just ask that parents bring their own milk formula if needed.
Do you go on outings?
We have the jungle on our yurt step which encourages children to explore well managed risky play. We also enjoy regular trips to the Botanic Gardens which are just a stone’s throws away from the club.
What is your nappy changing and potty training policy?
We have set changing times throughout the Jungle Playgroup; however, children will be changed as and when needed. We love to support children with potty training, so providing parents and carers are doing this at home, we can do it too. Your child’s curator will give more advice when the time comes.
Can you tell me more about snacks and dietary requirements?
We have excellent facilities where fresh and sustainable food is prepared daily for the children. All snacks are made with a vegetarian base and meat can be added for those that want it. We have a very simple but effective traffic light system to support the team with all dietary needs.
How many days do I have to sign up for?
We have a minimum of 3 full days to full time 5 days per week. These days must be the same days every week.
What if I want to change my days?
Any changes to a booking pattern, 2 weeks’ notice are required. If we can accommodate it sooner, we will. If you are wanting to leave us, you will need to give 4 weeks’ notice.
How do you communicate with parents?
We encourage and believe in daily chatter and celebrate the little milestones in life. Alongside this, we will be creating wonderful scrapbooks and newsletters to document those all-important milestone moments.
How do you handle sickness and medication?
We always try our best to support as many families as possible with any long- or short-term medical needs. With regards to sickness, inform Head of Learning.
